The program is anchored by gen‐E’s Resolve™ ITPA software, which maximizes efficiency and quality of service across network operations, customer care, service desk, cloud, provisioning and other key business services.
Resolve makes use of Wikis to centralize operational knowledge for convenient sharing across the enterprise.
