Level 2 Support Engineer

The Level 2 Support Engineer serves as our customer’s primary point of contact for all communication and provides software support for all of the products offered by gen-E, including the IBM Tivoli suite. Responsible for the proper troubleshooting, escalation, and documentation of all customer issues, requests, questions, and concerns, the primary focus of the Level 2 Support Engineer is customer satisfaction.

Junior Consulting Engineer

The Junior Consulting Engineer is responsible for gathering, managing, and processing information related to gen-E solutions so that our products can be configured, customized, and integrated with our customer’s network.  This position ensures client satisfaction in the initial solution deployment, provides client guidance, captures technical requirements, collaborates with Development and obtains Client acceptance of the technical solution.
